   I love this book because it has helped me escape the normal boring meals that I’ve been cooking for years. Now I have great dinner parties and impress all of my guests.

   The recipes are divided up by country and at the beginning of each section there is a story from the author’s personal experiences. A truly terrific addition to help set up the tone of the meal.
