  8. TIP octapus to tenderize. As it says in the video should be fresh octapus Cought reached on a hard surface (60 to 80 times depending on its weight may need 80 more hits!)   9. Poli kalo, but those are just babies, let them grow.

    I like just a big chunk from a big octopus cooked very very slow with black beans 5-8 hours, add rice or barley about an hour before serving. From heaven.
