TIP octapus to tenderize. As it says in the video should be fresh octapus Cought reached on a hard surface (60 to 80 times depending on its weight may need 80 more hits!) But we also scrubing in e. hard rock between the keys (for eg every 10 shots or so). Hope it helps. Secret: Baking soda (baking soda) helps! Nicos

I like just a big chunk from a big octopus cooked very very slow with black beans 5-8 hours, add rice or barley about an hour before serving. From heaven.
