Ierapetra – Crete


http:crete-kreta.com Ierapetra or Gerapetro in the local dialect, is located on the southern coast of Crete. In fact it is Europe’s southermost town and Crete’s only town on the southern coast. The area is blessed with a very mild climate and temperatures rarely dropping below 12 degrees centigrade in the winter. The average number of sunshine days exceeds 340 a year.
