Is it possible as a tourist to visit Olive Garden’s Culinary Institute of Tuscany?
I went to the institute’s website — http://www. olivegarden. com/culinary/cit — and did not see any information on tours. (There is a ‘tour us’ link, but it is streaming video. ) Still, I recall reading in a travel magazine months ago that the institute showed tourists around once in a while, which is why I am still trying to find out.

You see, the “Olive Garden Culinary Institute of Tuscany” is really more or less a marketing thing that made pretty commercials.
There are many real cooking schools in Italy that will be authentic. Here is ours:
