Texas Toast Culinary Tours – Team Building with Northrup Grumman
Texas Toast Culinary Tours (June Naylor and Cynthia Wahl) put together a team-building event a la “Iron Chef” with Northrup Grumman. Held at La Buena Vida Vineyards in Grapevine. Local Dallas-Fort Worth chefs were Katie Natale (Four Seasons in Las Colinas), Denise Shavandy Paul (Central Market), and Grady Spears (Grady’s Restaurant). Judges were Cameron Cook, tasting room manager and chef at La Buena Vida; Melinda Massie, event planner; and Mike Hiller, food writer (escapehatchdallas.com).
