What Culinary Tour business or company would you recommend to use?

That is affordable and yet so worth the trip. Especially for those who have graduated from culinary school and would like to further their education through expereince. Anywhere in the world is open to me. Less than $3,000 for about a month sometime in August to October of 2008.

  1. The new issue of Gourmet Magazine is an entire issue dedicated to day, couple-day, and week long cooking/cuisine classes in all parts of the world. . it’s really fascinating and is worth the read. They give you prices of classes and accommodations and explanations of all the courses. If you would truly love to cook cultural food, that’s a great place to start!
Some of them, you literally stay right in the home of the chef and go to market with them, etc. . . I was truly enthralled!

  2. Tiki Tours do several European ones.
