in terms of protection and cleanliness you cannot include cities in metro manila since most of those cities have high crime rate and pollution. tapos la rin masyaddong tourist spots sa metro manila kadalasan sa visayas/mindanao ka makakakita ng tourist spots

Manila is a slum city, Cebu City is a world-class city. Manila begged Cebu City to donate money for typhoon Pepeng and Ondoy’s victims but they did not help us when we were hit by typhoon Rufing. Manila’s refusal and neglect made Cebu strong, independent and self-reliant. Cebu does not need Manila to grow and develop. Cebu is a very independent island. It will be liked Singapore in the future if it will separate from the very corrupt government of Manila. GO FEDERAL SATE OF CEBU!!!
I think negative comments are bad to our country. Manila, Cebu, Davao, and etc. , (any part of the Philippines) deserve to have progress. Manila, Cebu, and Davao are in the Philippines.
